- Do our 3PLs have to use RateRunners too?
- Only if they want to keep working with you. In all seriousness, brands use RateRunners first. When clarity becomes the standard, 3PLs naturally follow. The platform is built to align everyone—not point fingers.
- What happens if we change 3PLs?
